Zumba^® Fitness Deluxe Kit

i received my zumba only yesterday and i am just wondering if anyone else has any problems with the heart rate watch. Mine does not turn on and i would really love to get it working. other than that the workout's are fantastic very pleased. GUTHY-RENKER RESPONSE: Try these steps to activate the pulse setting to measure your heart rate: • Keep pressing the “mode” button until you reach the “Pulse” screen • Then Hold down the “Set” button “Right” button on your watch for 2 or 3 seconds until you hear a beep. • The watch will then ask you to touch the sensor. Make sure you place the middle of your finger on the sensor. • Move it around until you see the word “Pulse” come up on the screen. You should also see a little picture of a heart flashing. • After 5 seconds it should come up with your pulse rating.

I would just like to know if anyone has seen any drastic results when they started using Zumba - any feedback would be great :)

i can't see the other dvds for sale on here, i have the basic vesion and want to upgrade

I purchased my zumba fitness deluxe kit on the 1/8/10 and it arrived within 5 working days, i was so excited that i straight away started watching the dvds and work out is awesum, its makes you sweat and is a great work out on all area's of the body, the beats you dance too makes you want to keep dancing all night long, some on the moves you have to do is funny and makes you laugh, i had some of the family watching then next they were giving the work out a go and love it too... I would highly recommend to buy the deluxe kit, working out @ home is so miuch easier. Thank you Guthy Renker for sending my order so quickly, i love my purchase

Still waiting. My Zumba order was placed 15 working days ago and still has not arrived. I was originally informed I would receive my order in 10-14 working days. After a call to Guthy -Renker just now, Friday, I was informed that my order is on its way after being dispatched from NSW (I'm in WA), on Wednesday, working day number 13 and I can expect it in about 10 working days. That will make the wait about 25 working days, 5 weeks. The sales rep did apologise for the company however and noted my comments on their customer feedback system. Very poor of Guthy-Renker not to keep their customers updated on the progress of orders. Maybe they could have a facility where customers can track the progress of their orders online like other companies do.

Fiona, perhaps give the customer service line a call, maybe it was lost in the mail or they never received the money order. She if you can come to some resolution. My hubby purchased the Deluxe pack for me today, I sure don't want to be waiting more than the 10 working days they promised it would take.

im soo interested in the Zumba package but the problem is that i gave my money order to them about 6 weeks ago and still haven't got my Zumba and i payed in full amout can someone please help me out ?

if you guys look there is a seperate deaal to buy the other discs and get the towel for free for $70 plus p/h which equals out to be the same cost so guys you havent lucked out at all!!!

as with other comments i would have liked to purchase additional dvds to add to my basic kit. i never thought i would enjoy it as much as i am and would have loved to add a bit more variety to my workout. very diappointing from Guthy Renker point of view that they do not make this an option for eager purchasers, it would mean more money in their pocket so why they wouldnt consider this is beyond me.

Cool, I'm about to purchase this Zumba Fitness kit, had I brought the one like the customers below I would have highly pissed! You should be able to purchase the NEW dvd's at a later date. Thanks to the comments below.

I am so glad someone agrees with me!! Yes I agree with Sue that Guthy Renker can definately increase sales if u allow previous customers to upgrade their Zumba DVDs..the above option is clearly unfair in a way..now it shows not to be an early bird to purchase products!! Why can u seperate Winsor Pilate dvds and not Zumba?

I am in agreeance with the above comment i love the workouts that i purchased but now that there is new ones you cant access them unless repurchase the old it pays not to be the early bird by the looks of it ? you could increase sales as well as new client base if you were to allow the people who purchased the basics to increase thier collection

Hmm I love Zumba!! But I am a bit annoyed now that there is a Zumba Delux pack as I already purchased the other one!!! Can't Guthy Renker seperate the other 3 DVDs? (Zumba Fitness Live! Zumba Advanced Workout ,ZumbaAbs, Buns & Thighs Workout )...and sell them seperately?
