Suppliers Warranty
All products in the catalogue are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase. In addition, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Delivery time
Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery (subject to Stock availability).
Returns
Products returned MUST be in original condition and packaging. Once your parcel has been received, you will receive an immediate credit or refund for the full purchase price (Excluding P,H&I). If you wish to return your product please call customer service on 1800 500 903 or outside Australia please call (+612) 8754 6770.
Easy Payment Plan
Where Easy Payment Plan (EPP) is offered the first instalment includes Postage, Handling and Insurance (PH&I) and the total order must be paid by Credit Card.

Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Productions models may vary slightly. You will always receive the latest model.
Customer Reviews
